油基压裂液在春光油田低温水敏油井的应用

Application of oil-based fracturing fluid in low temperature water sensitivity oil wells of Chunguang oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对春光油田沙湾组水敏性较强、低温低压不利于压裂液破胶及返排和储层孔喉细小易水锁等问题,开展了油基压裂液的实验研究与应用工作,优选了适合该区块的油基压裂液配方及配制方法,解决了低温储层条件下(30~40℃)油基压裂液在可控时间内的彻底破胶难题。该油基压裂液体系在排2-401井进行了实际应用,取得了理想的增产效果。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems occurred in Chunguang oilfield,such as strong water sensitivity,low temperature low pressure unfavorable for fracturing fluid gel breaking and small reservoir pore throat problems,the experimental research and application of oil-based fracturing fluid was carriedout.Through optimizing oil base fracturing fluid formula suitable for this block,the research solved gel breaking problem within a controlled time under low temperature(30~40℃).The practical application of oil base fracturing fluid in Pai 2-401well achieved the ideal increased production effect.
