深井注水泥小间隙环空流动计算方法研究与应用——以塔河油田S井为例

Research and application of small annulus flow calculation method in deep well with cementing injection

  • 摘要: 与常规固井相比,小间隙环空固井作业的某些技术控制指标发生了变化,从而使得井内压力平衡及注水泥流变学设计指标受到不同程度的影响,而目前小间隙环空固井还是按照常规井来处理的,对固井质量和施工安全造成不利的影响。为此对小间隙环空流态的判别方法、小间隙环空注水泥流动计算方法进行了研究,并对常规的计算方法进行修正。用修正后的方法以S井为例进行计算,其结果与实测数据非常吻合。

     

    Abstract: Compared with the conventional cementing,some technical control indicators of small annular clearance cementing operation has changed,and it makes the borehole pressure balance and cement rheological design index be affected by different degree.At present,small annular clearance cementing is treated according to the conventional well standards and it will result in unfavorable influence on cementing quality and construction safety.Therefore,the identification method and the cementing flow calculation method of small annular clearance have been studied,and the conventional method has been amended.By using the new method after amendment,by taking S well as an example,the application shows the results agrees with the experimental data very well.
