河南油田稠油污水生化处理技术

Technique of biochemical treatment for sewage in thick oil in Henan oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对河南油田稠油污水可生化性差、水温高等特点,在室内试验和现场小试试验的基础上优选出生物膜水解酸化-生物膜接触氧化工艺,跟踪监测了稠油污水中主要营养物质含量,结合微生物生长情况和COD去除效果,开发出高效微生物营养制剂,现场应用后系统生物量增加,COD去除率提高,确保了污水达标排放。

     

    Abstract: The sewage in thick oil in Henan oilfield is characterized by hard biochemical feature and high water temperature; therefore,the technique of organic membrane hydrolysis a- cidification- catalytic oxidation is optimized on the basis of laboratory test and field experiment.Through following and monitoring the content of main nutrient matters,and in com- bination with the growth of microorganism and the removal effect of COD,a high-performance microbial nutrient is manufactured.After the field application,the content of mi- croorganism is increased and the removal efficiency is en- hanced,which assure the discharge standard of sewage.
