  • 摘要: 针对以往深井阳极对储罐底板阴极保护数值模拟中存在的缺陷,提出一种根据典型电流密度分布假设求解保护电位的方法计算区域由土壤和沥青砂基础构成,根据阴极保护体系物理模型近似计算深井阳极极化电位。针对特大型储罐(直径80m)提出了两种阴极保护方案,根据数值计算结果评价了两种方案的优劣,并对特大型储罐阴极保护方法进行了初步探讨。

     

    Abstract: In viewing of the defects that exist in numerical simulation of deep well anode vs. tank bottom cathodic protection, a new method is presented for achieving protection potentials based on the assumption of typical distribution of current density. The calculation area consists of soil and asphaltic sand basement, and the physical model of cathodic protection system is used to approximately calculate polarization potential of deep well anode. Two cathodic protection programs are presented for oversize tanks (with a diameter of 80m). Their advantages and disadvantages are evaluated based on numerical calculation results. The cathodic protection methods for oversize tanks are also preliminarily discussed.
