多相管流中压降和持液率的影响因素分析

Analysis of influential factors of drawdown and liquid holdup in multiphase conduit flow

  • 摘要: 在多相管流中,影响压降的主要因素有温度、管径、管路粗糙度、气液相流量等,影响持液率的因素主 要有压力、管径、气液相流量等。针对高粘原油用不同的计算模型,编制了压降和持液率的软件进行了计 算,并结合具体的算例对压降和持液率的影响因素进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: In multiphase conduit flow, the main factors that influence drawdovm are pressure, pipe diameter, roughness of conduit, and gas and fluid flow rates, while that influence liquid holdup are pressure, pipe diameter, and gas and fluid flow rates. In view of the characteristics of highly viscous crude, special calculation models are used and software for computing drawdown and liquid holdup are programmed. The influential factors of drawdown and liquid holdup are analyzed in combination of case calculation.
