  • 摘要: 低渗透薄互层油藏压裂改造存在的主要问题是形成的压裂裂缝窄,施工泵压高,加砂困难,压裂规模小,压裂效果明显差于单一厚层压裂。应用三维压裂设计软件,以典型井压裂为例,探讨压裂液流变性、施工排量、砂比、加砂时机等参数对低渗透薄互层油藏压裂裂缝几何尺寸的影响。现场施工结果表明,利用薄互层压裂工艺能够达到改善压裂效果的目的。

     

    Abstract: The main problems occurred in fracturing of thin interbedded low permeability reservoirs are narrow fracturing cracks,high pump pressure,great difficulty in sand fracturing,small scale of fracturing and obvious bad fracturing effect than that in single layer.Through the application of 3D fracturing design software,taking typical well fracturing as the example,the influencing factors of fracture geometry in thin interbedded low permeability reservoirs such as fracturing fluid rheological property,construction displacement,sand ratio,sand fracturing timing have been discussed.The operation results indicate by the use of thin layer fracturing technology,the goal of improving the fracturing effect can be achieved.
