Improve Development of Petroleum Enterprises with Handan Steel Corporahon's Experiences

  • 摘要: 石油企业要发展，必须深化改革，加强管理，不但要学习邯钢经验，更重要的是用好邯钢经验。针对石油企业当前存在的诸多困难和问题，进行了深入的分析，提出了新形势下石油企业发展的对策和思路。

     

    Abstract: Petroleum enterprises must deepen reform and enhance management. They should not only study Handan Steel Corporation's experiences, but also put these experiences into practice. In view of the diffculties facing petroleum enterprises now, this paper presents some measures that should be taken.
