低渗透砂岩油水两相流动压力波动特征

Pressure fluctuation characteristic of oil–water two–phase flow in low–permeability sandstone

  • 摘要: 多相流体间的界面张力在低渗透油藏狭小的孔隙和喉道中呈现更为突显的毛管力和贾敏效应,造成油水驱替压力的大幅度波动,因此需找到低渗透砂岩油水两相流动压力波动随渗透率、含水饱和度、界面张力与岩心长度等因素的变化规律,指导实际生产。实验研究发现,渗透率越低、界面张力越大,压力波动就会越明显;含水饱和度的大小也明显影响这种压力波动的幅度;通过改善低渗透油藏的渗透率或者降低油水界面张力将是减小压力波动、利于生产的有效措施。

     

    Abstract: The inter-facial tension between the multiphase fluids presents a more prominent capillary force and Jamin effect in narrow pores and throat of the low permeability reservoir, which will cause a significant fluctuation of oil and water flooding pressure. It is necessary to make clear the pressure fluctuation regularity of oil-water two-phase flow in low-permeability sandstone with the factors such as permeability, water saturation, inter-facial tension and core length, so as to provide a guidance for practical production.Experimental study results show that with the lower permeability and greater interface tension, the pressure fluctuations appear more obvious. The degree of water saturation also has an obvious effect on the pressure fluctuation. Improving the permeability of low permeability reservoirs or reducing the inter-facial tension of oil and water will be an effective measure to reduce pressure fluctuations and facilitate the production.
