河南油田老区薄层压裂技术研究

Research on hydraulic fracturing technique of thin layer in old blocks of Henan oilfield

  • 摘要: 河南油田老区压裂目的层有效厚度仅有2~6 m,隔层厚度最小只有2~3 m,压裂改造的技术难点在于压裂目的层薄,隔层遮挡能力差,压裂施工容易压窜隔层,加剧老区层间矛盾。通过对影响人工裂缝高度因素研究与分析,研究出了薄层压裂工艺技术,现场实施45口井次,累计增产原油39 000 t,取得了良好的增产效果。薄层压裂技术为河南油田老区的稳产提供了重要的技术保证。

     

    Abstract: As effective thickness of the target layer in old blocks of Henan oilfield is only about 2-6 m,and the minimum thickness of interlayer is 2-3 m,the difficult points of hydraulic fracturing technique lie in the thin target layer and poor sheltering capacity of the interlayer,which make the hydraulic fracturing treatment break the interlayer easily and increases the layer-to-layer heterogeneity in old blocks.Through careful research and analysis of the factors that influence the height of artificial fracture,hy- draulic fracturing technique of thin layer has been devel- oped and it has been widely applied to 45 wells in Henan oilfield.As a result,the cumulative increased production of crude oil is up to 39000 t.The results show that the hydraulic fracturing technique of thin layer provides im- portant technical support to the stable production of old blocks in Henan oilfield.
