河南油田高压注水系统有关问题的探讨

  • 摘要: 自80年代末以来,河南油田对现有注水压力下不能达到配注量的部分复注井实施了增压措施,主要包括对较分散的注水井实施单井增注,对较集中的注水井实施集中增注或建低压输水管线实施分压注水,文中介绍了河南油田高压注水中分压注水和增压注水的工艺流程、设备选型、运村效果,并对其进行了经济分析。结论是选用高压柱塞泵,它的效率高,投资少.它的普遍使用大大缓解了油田注水井的火注问题.

     

    Abstract: Boosting pressure measures have been taken in someunderinjected wells in Henan oilfield since 198Os. Thispaper introduces the technological process, equipmentseleCtion and effectS of separated pressure water injectionand boosted water injection in Henan oilfield and makeseconomhal ana1ysis. It is concluded that high Pressurep1unger pump is the right one to .select for 'its highefficiency and low cost and its widespread appIicationlargely mitigated the underinjection situation.
