Study on the Preparing Refined Bittern Experiment by One-Step Method

  • 摘要: 采用一步法配制精卤与采用中和法配制精卤相比可提高石灰中的有效CaO利用率,节省27.78%,减少苛化泥27.78%,提高原卤利用率2.77%,使重质纯碱的结晶颗粒增大,白度增加质量提高。

     

    Abstract: Use of one -step method shows that it can increase utilization rate of effective CaO in the lime compared with neutralizing method, economize on lime 27.78%, reduce caustic mud 27.78%, and utilization rate of crude bitterns increased by 2.77%. This method makes the crystalline grains of heavy sodium carbonate enlarge, white degree rise, quality improve.
