宝一联轻烃回收装置常温凝析液降温脱水工艺改造

Technological Modification on Cooling and Dewatering of Atmospheric Temperature Condensed Liquid in Light Hydrocarbon Recovery Unit of the No.1 Gathering Station in Baolang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 焉耆盆地宝浪油田的宝一联轻烃回收装置存在常温凝液分离器脱水效果差和原油稳定冷凝液烃含水高的问题。通过工艺改造,实现了装置常温凝液和原油稳定凝析液烃的降温脱水。从而解决了常温冷凝液烃和原油稳定凝析液烃进轻烃回收装置分馏系统产生的冻堵和产品含水的问题,为轻烃回收装置产品的产量和质量提高创造了条件。

     

    Abstract: Dewatering effect of atmospheric temperature con-densed liquid separator is poor and water content in crude sta ble condensed liquid hydrocarbon is high in the light hydrocarbon recovery unit of the No.1gathering sta tion in Baolang oilfield.Technological modification were carried out to realize cooling and dewatering of at-mo spheric tempera ture condensed liquid and crude sta ble condensed liquid hydrocarbon.Frozen blocking in the fractionating system of the light hydrocarbon recovery unit was prevented and the problem that the products cotaining water was solved .Out put and prod uct qual i ty of light hy dro car bon re cov ery unit were im proved.
