Abstract: Construction, developmnt, operation management andeconomic benefits of electric network in Henan oil fieldwere reviewed and analyzed for the pest tweflty years.It ispredited that power consumotion in Henan oil field will beapproximately 4 billion kwh during the Ninth Five YearPlan.Therefore,a developmnt plan is worked out,in which apower station with two power transmission lines, andtransformation engineering as well as a combustion gaspower supply unit will be built in Henan oil field. Thesuggestion of implementting DSM of network management isalso put forward.
