Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the operational procedure of GPS well location measurement, focuses on analysis of application effects and performs accuracy comparison. Field application shows that GPS technique can simplify operating procedure and increase greatly operating efficiency and measurement accuracy. Economic benefits are enormous.
