大斜度井偏心双管高压分注工艺技术

Technology of double tubing's eccentric high pressure layered water injection in highly deviated wells

  • 摘要: 张店油田主要以大斜度注水井为主,受井斜、压力、水质等因素的影响,大斜度井分层注水钢丝投捞测试的问题日益突出。现有工艺技术在大斜度井分注中效果不理想,严重制约了大斜度井的细分注水,为此,开展了大斜度井偏心双管高压分注工艺技术研究。通过管柱组配后,偏心配水器可下在直井段或井斜较小的位置,常规的钢丝投捞就能满足测试调配的需要,不会受到高压和井斜的影响,同时管柱避免了沉积机杂、水垢等堵塞工具和管柱的问题,解决了大斜度井投捞测试的难题。

     

    Abstract: Zhang Dian oil field are mainly composed of highly deviated injection wells. Due to the influence of deviation, pressure, water quality and other factors, the problem of layered water injection steel wire fishing test in high-angle wells has become increasingly prominent. The existing technology is not ideal for separate injection in high deviated wells, which seriously restricts the separate injection in high deviated wells.Therefore, the eccentric dual-pipe high pressure separate injection technology in high deviated wells is studied. The eccentric water distributor can be lowered in the vertical section or in the position of small deviation after the pipe string is assembled. At the same time, the pipe string avoids the problems of plugging tools and pipe string such as sediment machine and scale, and solves the difficult problem of fishing test in high deviated wells.
