Abstract: How to cultivate the innovation capability of multi-in-dustrial enterprises in oilfields is an important issue that determines the survival and development of these enterpris-es.This paper discusses the principle and system of man-agement innovation,analyzes the impacts of both internal and external environments on management innovation,and presents modes and operation methods of technical innova-tion.
