多次冲压酸化工艺在宝浪油田的改进与应用

Application of Vibration Acidizing Technology in Baolang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 多次冲压酸化工艺技术是一种典型的物理法与化学法相结合处理地层的方法。宝浪油田属低孔低渗和低孔特低渗油田,在钻井、完井、作业过程中污染严重。通过多次冲压酸化工艺技术的引进、改进及应用,到1998年7月底,现场试验8口井,工艺成功率100%。介绍了该技术的工艺组成、工艺原理、作用机理、工艺特点、技术规范、选井条件和现场应用情况。

     

    Abstract: Vibration acidizing technology is a typical formation treatment method integrating physical treatment with chemical treatment. Baolang oil field is a low porosity and low permeability or low porosity and extra-low permeability oil pool in which the reservoirs have been severely damaged during drilling and well completion. Vibration acidizing technology is imported, improved and applied to recover formation damage. Eight wells have been field tested by the end of July, 1998 and success rate is 100%. This paper presents its principles, mechanism, technological characteristics and field application.
