Corrosion and protection of catalytic cracking unit and protective measures

  • 摘要: 对中原油田石油化工总厂催化裂化装置的腐蚀部位和腐蚀原因进行了分析,认为H2S、CO2、氮化物、NH3、H2O及工艺操作不当是造成催化裂化设备产生腐蚀的主要原因。调整工艺与应用新技术,可使腐蚀得到适当降低。

     

    Abstract: Locations and causes of corrosion on the catalytic cracking unit of Central Petrochemical Plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield are analyzed. It is believed that the main causes of corrosion of the catalytic cracking unit are hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide, nitride, NH3, H2O and improper process operation. Process adjustment and application of new technologies can reduce corrosion.
