古城油田稠油聚合物驱油注入量与提高采收率关系讨论

Discussion on injection-EOR relationship of heavy oil polymer flooding in Gucheng oilfield

  • 摘要: 模拟河南古城油田稠油油藏地质条件,通过实验探讨了普通聚合物(HPAM)提高稠油采收率的潜力,提出峰值阻力系数和单位聚合物増油相对水平来分析驱油特征规律;讨论了注聚浓度和注聚PV数之间的协调关系,并对聚驱采收率"异常值"进行分析。室内驱油实验表明,油藏孔隙微观结构是造成采收率出现"异常值"直接原因,存在一个合适注聚浓度和PV数范围使得采收率增幅达到最大,修正的采收率增幅能更准确反映提高采收率效果。

     

    Abstract: By simulating the geological conditions of heavy oil reservoir and through the experiment,the discussion on potential of enhancing oil recovery with common polymer has been carried out.The peak resistance coefficient and polymer increment oil per unit have been provided to analyze the displacement characteristics of polymer.The coordination between the polymer injection concentration and polymer injection PV number has been discussed.The polymer flooding recovery " abnormal value" has been also analyzed.Lab experiments results indicate the reservoir pore microstructure is the direct reason of " abnormal value".There may exist a suitable polymer injection concentration and the number of PV scope so as to achieve the maximum EOR and the revised recovery rate can more accurately reflect the EOR effects.
