Developing Deep Natural Alkaline Deposits with Borehole Water-dissolving Technique

  • 摘要: 安棚天然碱矿是目前世界上已发现的埋藏最深的古代天然碱矿藏,开发难度很大.但是,经过矿藏特征研究,用钻孔水溶工艺进行生产开发是可行的。在开发过程、工艺技术紧密与矿藏特征结合的情况下,形成了一套建井、建槽、对溶、助溶等工艺技术。地层应力测试资料在固体矿藏开发应用上取得了很好的效果。深层钻孔水溶工艺技术,使低溶解度固体矿藏开发取得了成功。

     

    Abstract: Anpeng natural alkaline deposits, the deepest one in the world at present, are very difficult torecover. Borehole water- dissolving technique is viable according to the features of the deposits. A series of borehole drilling, now channels making, solid alkaline dissolving between a pair of boreholes and dissolution supporting techniques are developed in production practice.The use of formation stress data in solid deposits recovery have produced good results.Deep borehole water -dissolving technique is successful in recovery of solid alkaline deposts of low dissolubility.
