Calculation and Analysis of Partial Energy Loss of Multi-valve Pump

  • 摘要: 多几水泵由于其在使用过程中,固定凡尔座或游动凡尔座二者只要有一个不划不漏,仍能正常工作而得以推广应用。然而,该种泵在引用多凡尔的同时也产生了困系统阻力增大而造成流体的能量损失和游动凡尔的压力滞后现象,对泵效提高带来副作用.通过对能量损失的计算和压力滞后现象的分析,认为因多凡尔造成的能量损失很小,可以忽略不计.

     

    Abstract: Multi-valve pump can operate normally so long as either of the travel1ing va1ve seat and the static va1ve seat doesn' t leak. However, the use of multi-valve increases system resistance, resu1ting in fluid energy loss and pressure hysteresis of the travelling va1ve which are unfav0rable for raising pump efficiency. On base of ca1culation of partia1 energy loss and analysis of pressure hystercsis, it is believed that energy loss caused by multi- valve is very small and can be neglected.
