高升油田水平井化学分段堵水技术研究与应用

  • 摘要: 高升油田的水平井均为筛管完井方式,割缝筛管与岩石壁面之间无隔挡,机械堵水方法仅能实现割缝筛管内部空间的封隔,而无法实现外部空间的封隔,给分段堵水增加了难度。对此,研究了液体桥塞分段堵水工艺,利用暂堵段塞、保护段塞对采油层保护,利用封堵段塞对堵水层进行封堵,然后注入蒸汽对采油层解堵求产;研制了水平井液体桥塞、强凝胶堵剂、双激发无机堵水剂专用的药剂配方,现场应用取得了较为理想的效果。

     

    Abstract: The horizontal wells in Gaosheng oilfield are all screen pipe completed wells.As there is no screening between slotted screen and rock wall,the mechanical water plugging method can only succeed in the inner space but failed in the outer space of the slotted screen,which makes it difficult on segment water plugging.Therefore,the technology on liquid bridge plug has been studied.By using the temporary plugging slug to block the water shutoff formation and protect the oil producing layers and then carry out steam injection to deplug for production.In the end,the pharmaceutical formulations on liquid bridge plug,strong gel sealing agent and inorganic water shutoff agent with double excitations have been developed and the field application achieved good effects.
