Research and Application of Closed Mechanical Water Location and Shutoff Technology

  • 摘要: 闭式机械找堵水工艺技术是一新型的找堵水技术。它通过一特殊的封隔器和井下换向装置,将找水、堵水工艺有机地结合起来,实现不动管柱多级分层找水、堵水、调层生产等工艺;在封隔器多级使用时,可逐级验证封隔器及管柱的密封性。文内主要介绍了该项技术的结构、原理、主要技术参数、现场试验及应用效果。

     

    Abstract: The new closed mechanical water location and shutofftechnology combines water location process with shutoffprocess by using a special packer and downholecommutator unit and performs multistage layer waterlocation and shutoff and producing horizon adjustmentwithout pulling out tubing strings. Leakproofness of thepacker and lubing strings can be verified step by stepwhen the packer is used in multistage. This paperintroduces the structure, mechanism and key parameters ofthis technology and the field test and application effects.
