浅议企业资本经营

Discussion on Enterprise Capital management

摘要: 阐述了资本经营是社会主义市场经济机制中的一种全新的经营形式，是伴随着企业的出现和经营的发展自然而然地出现的，是市场经济条件下的产物，是资本和资本市场存在的必然结果。进而论述了资本经营能促进企业经济发展，不仅是企业快速发展的有效途径，而且是发展和壮大集团公司的必由之路，提出了资本经营的运作方法：树立资本经营意识，培育资本经营专业人才，注重形成多元投资主体，全力放开搞活小企业。

Abstract: Capital management is the product of market economy and capital market. This paper introduces the effects of capital management in accelerating the development of enterprises and presents the methods of capital management such as adopting the ideal of capital management and training personnels in this field etc.
