Practice and Understanding of Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery in Henan Oil Field

  • 摘要: 微生物采油是一种新型的提高采收率技术,具有投资少、周期短,见效快和资金回收快的效益优势。文章阐述了微生物采油机理和特点,微生物采油井筛选标准和方案制定、矿物试验准备与实施状况,进行了微生物试验效果分析,取得重要的认识。微生物采油矿场试验采取注微生物溶液吞吐反排方式,现场实施17口井,注入微生物原农5940L,累积增油1455t,综合含水下降,原油流体性质得到改善,经济效益显著,为下步大规模推广应用打下了基础。

     

    Abstract: Microbial enhanced oil recovery is a new technique with advantages of small investment, short period, quick effectiveness and fund repay. The recovery mechanism and characteis, the making of well selection criteria and project design, the preparation and implementation of field test.and also the effectiveness analysis for the microbial enhanced oil recovery are presented here. 17 wells were tested by huff- puff and backflow methods. Accumulative incremental oil production was up to 1455 tons and water cut was reduced to a certain degree after injection of 5940 liters of microbial solution. As a result, the fluid property of crude oil has improved and the economic benefit was notable, that has laid down a foundation for large scale ap plication.
