多功能表面活性剂在致密气藏压裂中的应用

  • 摘要: 川西地区致密砂岩气藏低孔低渗、孔喉结构差、粘土含量高、水锁严重,且气田进入开发中后期,地层压力下降,造成压裂过程中储层易伤害,压后返排效果差。为此,在压裂液中加入了一种具有起泡性能优良、表面张力低、防膨性能好等诸多优点的多功能表面活性剂,大大降低了压裂液对储层的伤害,促进了液体的返排。该压裂液现场应用返排率和返排速度均有显著提高,增产效良好。

     

    Abstract: Tight sandstone gas reservoirs in western Sichuan region of low porosity and low permeability, pore structure is poor, high clay content,serious water locks and formation pressure drops in the middle and later stage of development, resulting in easy damage in the reservoir fracturing process and bad effect of back flow after pressure. Therefore, multifunction surfactant is added in the fracturing fluid, which shows many advantages as good foaming properties, low surface tension, and good expansion performance. Greatly reducing the fracturing fluid damage, and promoted the back flow of fluid. The fracturing fluid field application shows apparent effect as backflow rate and speed have been significantly improved as well as the production.
