常压冷换系统缓蚀剂的实验室评价

Laboratory Evaluation to Corrosion Inhibitors in Cooling System under Normal Pressure

  • 摘要: 采用常压塔顶冷却水和实验室配制的盐酸—硫氢酸的水溶液作为腐蚀介质,对国产WS—1、7019、石科—1、4502等几种常用缓蚀剂,采取电化学极化曲线法和经典失重法进行实验、评价。结果表明:WS—1型缓蚀剂表现出优良的缓蚀效果;而4502型缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果最差。并建议进行工业应用试验。

     

    Abstract: Through using cooling water on top of atmospheric tower and water solution of HC1 -H2S as corrosive medium, besides, using the electrochemical polarization curve method and the classical weight-loss method, the corrosion inhibitors produced in China - WS-K 7091, PS -1,4502 etc. are tested and evaluated. Results show that inhibited effect of WS -1 is good, but 4502 the poorest in these corrosion inhibitors. We propose to engage in industrial experiment.
