Application of geo-steering technology for horizontal well of shale gas development in Weiyuan-204 well block in Sichuan

  • 摘要: 四川威远204井区龙马溪组地层底部发育一套富含烃类气体页岩,为了提高水平井优质页岩钻遇率和页岩气产量,在威远204井区共实施了4口水平井地质随钻导向钻井技术,根据随钻GR值的变化调整轨迹纵向位置,保证钻头在设计地质层位钻进,优质页岩钻遇率达95.11%,节约了钻井成本,单井初期日产气达22.6×104 m3,达到了预期效果。

     

    Abstract: At the bottom of Longmaxi formation of Weiyuan in Sichuan,a set of shale has been developed and it is rich in hydrocarbon gases.At present,the area has become a hot spot for domestic shale gas exploration and development.In order to improve the drilling rate of good shale reservoir and shale gas production,the geological tracking technology of 4 horizontal wells have been implemented in Weiyuan-204 block.According to the size of the GR values with drilling and the trajectory adjustment of the longitudinal location,the bit can be guaranteed to drill to the designed geological horizon.The drilling rate of good shale reservoir can be up to 95.11%,and it can avoid the waste of the horizontal well drilling footage and save drilling cost.The preliminary daily gas production per single well can be up to 22.6×104 m3,and then the prospected effect can be achieved.
