双河油田高含水开发后期薄互层控水压裂技术研究

  • 摘要: 双河油田经过40年的开发,目前处于特高含水开发期,挖潜对象已由初期的大厚层转向中低渗透薄互层,而压裂措施是这类低品位油藏挖潜的最有效手段。常规的压裂技术难以实现对人工裂缝的控制以及压裂后控制含水等问题。因此,本文在研究地质和工程参数对人工裂缝缝高影响的基础上,制定应力差与隔层厚度界限图版,为薄互层压裂选井选层提供科学依据,同时评价出具有较好控水作用的透油阻水支撑剂与压裂堵水剂。现场应用结果表明,透油阻水支撑剂与压裂堵水剂的复合应用发挥了比较明显的协同效应及控水增油效果,拓宽了高含水油田压裂改造技术应用范围,具有良好的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: After 40 years of development, Shuanghe oilfield is in the period of ultra-high water cut development stage at present. The target of tapping potential has shifted from the initial thick layer to the medium-low permeability thin interlayer. Fracturing measures are the most effective means to tap the potential of such lowgrade reservoirs. Conventional fracturing technology is difficult to control artificial fracture and water cut after fracturing. Therefore, on the basis of studying the influence of geological and engineering parameters on artificial fracture height, this paper draws up the boundary chart of stress difference and barrier thickness, which provides scientific basis for thin interlayer fracturing well selection, and evaluates the permeable and water-resisting proppant and fracturing water shutoff agent with good water control effect. The field application results show that the compound application of oil permeability and water blocking proppant and fracturing water plugging agent plays a relatively obvious synergistic effect and the effect of water control and oil increase, which widens the application range of fracturing technology in high water-cut oilfield and has a good application prospect.
