Horizontal drilling and completion technique in heavy oil reservior with edge and bottom water of Xinhai 27 block

  • 摘要: 针对新海27块的地质特征和油层分布的特点,分析了该区块在钻完井过程中的技术难点,并提出了相应的技术措施,分析了在施工中所用的优化井身结构、优选钻井参数、井眼轨迹控制、导眼回填、选择性完井、油气层保护等钻完井技术和工艺的应用情况;实践证明,该系列技术在有效动用新海27块上层系井间剩余油,控制底水锥进,改善开发效果,提高采收率方面发挥了重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the geologic characteristics and reservoir distrubuted features,the technology difficulties in the process of drilling and completion have been analyzed and then the corresponding technical measures have been proposed by analyzing the applied techniques such as well profile optimization,the optimized drilling parameters,well path control,pilot hole filling,selective completion and reservoir protection.The application practice proves that the horizontal well drilling and completion technology plays an important role in effective use of interwell remaining oil,controlling bottom water coning,which can improve development result and enhance oil recovery of Xinhai 27 block.
