高温高盐油藏泡沫驱稳泡剂抗盐性评价

Evaluation on the salt resistance of foam stabilizer for high temperature and high salinity oil reservoir

  • 摘要: 泡沫在三次采油中的研究已有30多年的历史,并被应用于现场,取得了一定的成效。针对高温高矿化度油藏的特征,在80℃下,分别在不同类型及其浓度的盐溶液中,对几种稳泡剂的抗盐性进行了评价,筛选出了抗盐性能最佳的稳泡剂HXYP。0.2%稳泡剂HXYP+0.2%起泡剂HXY-1泡沫体系在80℃下抗NaCl、CaCl_2以及NaCl和CaCl_2混合盐的浓度分别达到16×10~4mg/L、4×10~3mg/L、14×10~4mg/L。

     

    Abstract: Foam flooding has been studied for more than 30 years in TOR (tertiary oil recovery).Being widely used in the field,it has seen good effect.Aiming at the character- istics of the high salt and temperature-resistant oil reser- voir,the salt resistance of several kinds of foam stabilizer has been evaluated respectively in different salt types,un- der the temperature of 80℃.The selected foam stabilizer HXYP has the optimal salt-resistant capability.Com- posing of 0.2% foam stabilizer HXYP and 0.2% foaming agent HXY-1,the foaming system has excellent charac- teristics when the concentration of sodium chloride/calci um chloride or salinity is 16×104mg/L,4×103mg/L, 14.18×104mg/L respectively under the same temperature of 80℃.
