Liquid Propellant High Energy Gas Fracturing Technology and Its Trend

  • 摘要: 文内简述了液体药理论配方优选和液体药点火、燃烧实验研究。通过讨论分析隔离液的不同配方及其实验研究结果,得出了一种易配制、低粘度、稳定性好、对地层无污染的隔离液配方。提出了液体药高能气体压裂选井、选层的条件。解决了液体药现场施工过程中的几个关键问题,并给出了现场试验效果。最后就液体药高能气体压裂的发展方向提出了几点看法。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces theoretical formulation optimization and ignition and combustion experiments of liquid propellant. A spacer nuid formulation of easy compounding, low viscosity, high stability and no formation pollution are selectad through analyzing different spacer fluid formulations and their experiment results. Well and layer selection criteria of liquid propellant high energy gas fracturing (HEGF) are included in this paper. Several key problems existed in field operation of liquid propellant are solved and field experiment results are given also. At last, this paper presents some views on the future trend of liquid propellant HEGF.
