Abstract: The article disusses importance and necessity of establishing and completing the rules and regulations in the process of changing the business management from extensive farming to intensive farming under socialist market economy.This change is valuable for strengthening the scientific management,basic work and raising the cconomic returns in the petroleum enterprise.
