深水表层套管内管法固井技术与应用

  • 摘要: 深水表层套管固井是深水钻井中的一个关键环节,通常采用井口密封式内管法固井,但由于对内管法的下入深度还缺乏理论研究和设计依据,下入深度不够合理,导致作业过程中出现顶替过量或顶替不够,造成套管鞋固井质量不合格、套管内留高塞、内管柱被固在套管内等问题。针对深水表层套管固井时出现的系列问题,提出了一套适合井口密封式内管法固井的内管柱下入深度的设计理论和方法。利用该设计方法,可计算出了不同尺寸的内管柱、不同的顶替效率和不同水深条件下的合理下深,并绘制了相应参考图版。该设计方法现场实际应用效果良好,提高了深水表层套管的固井作业效率。

     

    Abstract: Deep water surface casing cementing is a key part in deepwater drilling.The cementing wellhead sealed tube method is usually adopted but due to lake of theoretical research and design basis,the depth is not reasonable,which can easily lead to too much displacement or insufficient displacement,resulting in unqualified casing cementing quality,high plug in casing shoes stay,and solid casing string inside.In deep water surface casing cementing,a series of problems have been occurred,a set of suitable design theory and methods for cementing wellhead inside the sealed tube within the tubing string running have been put forward.With these methods,the different size of the string with different displacement efficiency of different water depth under different conditions can be calculated.Therefore,the corresponding reference charts can be drawn.The design method of the actual application effect is good,which can improve the efficiency of the deep water surface casing cementing operations.
