半沥青减粘裂化试验研究

  • 摘要: 介绍了反应温度、压力以及不同的反应时间等工艺条件对半沥青减粘裂化效果的影响。不同的原料,在反应压力为0.5MPa(表)、反应温度为400~420℃的条件下,经20~40min的裂化反应,减粘率可达86%~90%,效果十分明显。河南石油勘探局根据本研究结果设计建设了一套7万t/a半沥青减粘裂化工业装置,从根本上解决了半沥青的出路问题。每年可节约调合稀释油的1.0万t,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: Since the butane deasphalting equipment was put into production in refinery of Henan Oil field. Engler viscosity of semi -bitumen is more than 200E (Kinematic viscosity reached 1500mm2/s) under 100℃ Owing to its viscosity is too high, if these semi - bitumens are used as fuels of a boiler, then its results are poor, but interfereing with normal production. Through large number tests and researches, we discover that the viscosity reduction rate under conditions of pressure 0.5MPa, temperature 400 -420 ℃ and time 20 - 40 min can reach 86 % - 90% in cracking reaction, results are tangible. Use of this way, we have completely solved the problem of semi - bitumen way out, and can economize blended thinning oil about 10 000t/a, achieved remarkable social and economic benefits.
