超深稠油常温注清水开发效果评价

Evaluation of development effect of clean water flooding into extremely deep heavy oil at normal temperature

  • 摘要: 鲁克沁深层稠油油田发现于1996年,由于油层埋藏深(2300~3700m),原油粘度大(50℃地面原油粘度可达9569~25570 mPa·s,地下原油粘度为154~526 mPa·s),开发难度大。初期只有部分单井投入试采.2000年部分区块开始投入开发。2003年在室内物理模拟对水、蒸汽、化学剂段塞、二氧化碳段塞、天然气段塞和烟道气段塞驱油效率的评价和筛选的基础上,论证了注水开发是经济技术条件下可行的开发方式.最佳开发方式为衰竭式开发一年后转注水,其它开发方式投入成本较高.有待于论证后试验。注水论证完成后首先在投入开发较早的鲁2块投入试注工作,半年后注水见效。2005年以来,区块连续3年保持稳产,取得了良好的开发效果。

     

    Abstract: Because of the deep burial depth of oil pay(2300 3700m)and large viscosity of crude oil(up to 9 569~25 570 mPa·s at 50℃at the surface and 154~526 mPa·s under the ground),it is hard to exploit.Partial wells were tested for production at the initial stage;partial blocks were put in- to extraction in 2000.On the base of evaluating and sieving displacement efficieneies of water,steam,chemical agent section plug,carbon dioxide section plug,natural gas section plug and flue gas section plug in laboratory physical analog in 2003,it is demonstrated that the waterflood development is viable in economic and technological conditions;and the opti- mal development mode is water flooding after one-year de- pletion exploitation,while other exploitation modes are rela- tively high in cost and maybe put into practice after argument and test.After the completion of water flooding demonstra- tion,Block Lu 2 was under injection test and the water flooding took effect after half a year.Since 2005,the yield of the block has been stable in after consecutive 3 years,thus obtaining a superior development effect.
