有杆抽油泵气体压缩效应对系统效率的影响

Impacts of Gas Compressive Effects of Rod Pumps on System Efficiency

  • 摘要: 从有杆抽油泵泵功率与实际泵效的关系入手,分析了有杆抽油井中抽油泵腔内气体的压缩效应是造成有杆抽油井系统效率低的主要原因,并推导出了相应的计算公式。通过举例计算,说明泵腔内气体的压缩效应对泵效损失影响很大。

     

    Abstract: Beginning with the relationship between the power and efficiency of rod pumps, this paper analyzes the causes of low system efficiency of wells installed rod pumps. It is believed that the compressive effects of gases in the chambers of rod pumps are the main causes and corresponding formula are derived. The impacts of gas compressive effects in chambers of rod pumps on pump efficiency are exemplified through real calculation.
