渤海SZ36—1油田复合驱配方及影响因素研究

Study on combination flooding formula and its influencing factors in Bohai SZ36—1 oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对渤海SZ36-1油田油藏地质特征及特殊地理环境,通过界面张力实验、碱耗实验和乳化实验等,研究得出了适合渤海SZ36-1油田的复合驱配方。在综合考虑结垢等因素之后,确定最佳的复合驱配方为:Na_2CO_3 4000 mg/L+石油磺酸盐500 mg/L+3630S 1000 mg/L。该配方能使油水界面张力降至10~(-3) mN/m,且有配伍性好,碱耗小,抗Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)能力强,乳状液破乳容易等特点。物模实验表明,该复合驱配方能使采收率在水驱基础上提高19.15%,在海上油田有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In view of the reservoir geologic features and special geographic environment of Bohai SZ36-1 oilfield,and through interfacial tension test,alkali consumption test and emulsification test,the combination flooding formula in Bohai SZ26-1 has been worked out.After comprehen sive consideration of the factors such as scale,the opti- mized formula is:Na_2CO_3 4000 mg/L+petroleum sul- fonate 500 mg/L+3630S 1000 mg/L,which can lower the oil-water interfacial tension to 10-3 mN/m and has sumption,good resistance to Ca~(2+) and Mg~(2+),and easy demulsification of emulsion liquid.Physical model test in- dicates the formula can enhance the recovery of 19.15% on water flooding and have great application potential for offshore oilfield.
