春光油田稀油防砂举升工艺技术研究与应用

Research and application of lifting process for thin oil sand control in Chunguang oilfield

  • 摘要: 春光油田稀油区块属高孔、高渗、高含蜡储层,具有地层易出砂的特点,且稀油井举升工艺管柱主要以油管+常规抽油泵+泄油器+筛管+丝堵的常规工艺管柱为主,在举升过程中存在因出砂造成泵阀磨损漏失、管杆柱卡滞及井筒砂堵等问题。针对这些问题,开展防砂举升工艺研究,利用数学模型,并与长柱塞防砂抽油泵配套,优化设计防砂举升工艺参数,准确计算出携砂举升临界冲次。现场试验证实,该技术达到了预期的设计目的,延长了稀油出砂井检泵周期。

     

    Abstract: The thin oil block in Chunguang oilfield is a high porosity,high permeability and high wax bearing reservoir,which is easy to produce sand.The lifting process for thin oil is mainly of the conventional process string of tubing + conventional oil pump + oil drain + screen + plug.In the process of lifting,there are some problems such as pump valve wear and leakage caused by sand production,pipe rod string sticking,wellbore sand plugging and so on.In order to solve these problems,the lifting process for thin oil sand control is studied.By using the mathematical model,combined with the long plug sand control pump,the process parameters of sand control lifting are optimized,and the critical times of sand carrying and lifting are calculated accurately.Field tests indicate that the lifting process achieves the expected design purpose and prolongs the pump inspection period of sand production wells for thin oil.
