对高压分离器泄漏原因的分析与对策

Causes of Leakage of High Pressure Separator and Solutions

  • 摘要: 对河南油田源润公司的高压分离器筒体泄漏原因进行分析 ,检查发现 ,泄漏均发生于分离器的筒体焊接部位 ,导致泄漏的根源是容器制造过程中焊接缺陷引起的 ,焊接残余应力和特定腐蚀介质作用加速了焊缝失效。通过对焊接缺陷的分析 ,提出了具体的补漏工艺措施 ,并对高压容器制造过程的质量控制提出了建议

     

    Abstract: Causes of leakage from cylinders of high-pressure separators of Yuanrun Company in Henan oilfield are analyzed. It is found that all the leakage occur at the commissures on cylinders and are caused by weld defects. Welding residual stress and some specific corrosive medium also contribute to the failure of weld beads. This paper presents several specific remedy measures and some proposals concerning quality control during manufacture of high-pressure containers.
