井楼油田一区特浅层超稠油难动用储量开发技术对策

Development methods for hard-to-produced reserves of extremely dense oil in extremely shallow layer in No.1 block.Jinlou oil field

  • 摘要: 井楼一区稠油储量丰度高,经过十余年开发,大部分储量已经动用。该区东北部主力油层Ⅲ8-9层埋藏深度浅,受地表条件及常规直井及斜直井技术的制约,有61×10~4t的地质储量成为特浅层难动用储量。对比分析国内类似油藏开发对策与效果后。认为东北部油藏适宜利用特浅层水平井方式进行整体部署动用。在精细油藏描述基础上,优化确定了水平井布井方式、水平井段长度、水平井空间位置、井眼轨迹、完井方式等指标。2007年5月矿场实施.注汽投产单井日产油30~50 t,是相邻直井产量的3倍,取得了较好的开发效果。

     

    Abstract: The No.1 block in Jinlou oil field is characterized by high reserves abundance of dense oil,but major reserves have been mobilized after more than ten years development. Because of the shallow depth of burial of the major reservoirⅢ8-9 and the limitation of regular straight well and in- clined straight well,geological reserves of 61×10~4 t is hard to be recovered.On the base of fine pool description,the length of horizontal section and indexes of horizontal well such as hole pattern,spatial position,well track and comple- tion mode arc optimized and defined.After the field practice of the research findings in May 2007,daily output of individ- ual well by steam injection is up to 30~50 t,triple of adja- cent straight well,thus obtaining a superior development effect.
