河南油田微凝胶驱配注工艺研究

A Study on Injection Allocation Technology in Micro-jel Flooding in Henan Oilfield

  • 摘要: 微凝胶驱技术是目前降低聚合物驱成本和改善聚合物驱效果的主要方向,但尚无成熟的矿场配注工艺。根据所选用交联剂的性质,对交联剂加入位置、交联剂泵及其流量控制、管线选择等方面进行了探索研究,并根据研究结果时现有聚合物驱配注工艺进行了一定的改造,确定了最佳微凝胶驱矿场配注工艺。1998~1999年期间河南油田开展的3次微凝胶驱矿场试验证明,该工艺简单、可操作性强,具有较好的适用性,井口成胶率大于80%。

     

    Abstract: Micro-jel flooding is the main trend to lower polymerflooding cost and improve ploymerflooding effect at present, but there lacks mature field injection allocation technology. This paper studies crosslinker feeding position, crosslinker pump and its flow rate control, pipeline selec- tion according to the properties of the selected crosslinkers. Based on these study results, the present polymerflooding injection allocation technology is improved and an optimum micro-jel flooding field injection allocation technology is developed. The three pilots of micro-jel flooding carried out during 1998-1999 show that it is simple, easy to operate and highly applicable with a well head jollification rate above 80%.
