Abstract: This paper presents the importance of developing scientific and technological enterprises, analyzes the circumstances necessary for development of such enterprises from the point of view of long-term development of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC). The article also points out the importance of ever going renovations and heightening the service awareness, and discusses the feasibility and necessity for developing scientific and technological enterprises in principal industry.
