Optimizing Drilling Bit Types by Analysing Drilling Developing History

  • 摘要: 对河南油田各钻井阶段的技术指标进行了对比,计算出每阶段的单只钻头进尺和平均机械钻速都比上阶段分别提高了15.19%~41.12%和23.54%~55%。分析了河南油田五大区块的钻头使用情况和地层可钻性级值对钻头选型的影响。得出了河南油田五大地质单元不同层段的最佳钻头型号、选择方案和依据。同时结合地层岩性特征对上述结果进行了理论分析和论证,并对今后钻井技术的发展提出了初步设想和建议。

     

    Abstract: By comparison between technical indexes of every drilling stage in Henan Oil Field, We have seen that footage per bit and average drilling speed increased by 15.19% - 41.12% and 23.54% -55%(compared with preceding drilling stage). Analysed the use.cases of bit in five block of Henan Oil Field and the influence of stratum drillability grade on the selection of bit types. The best plan of selecting bit is concluded for the differential intervals of five geological units in Henan Oil Field. At the same time, above - mentioned results are analysed and proved in theory combined with stratum characteristics. The primary tentative idea of developing drilling technology is put forward at last.
