Abstract:
In view of the second interface steam channeling problem of heavy oil wells in Henan oilfield,the integrated solidification and cementation technology of oil well cement-mud cake-formation has been carried out.Based on non-change of drilling fluid and cementing slurry system,the chemically integrated cementing of cement sheath-mud cake-formation has been adopted,which can reach the purpose of great improvement of the second interface cementing strength. Through compatibility experiments and cementing strength testing,good compatibility between cake modifier ( GM-Ⅰ), agglomerated cake agent ( GA-Ⅱ) and drilling fluid,cementing slurry system has been confirmed.The integrated cementing effect of cement sheath-mud cake-formation canbe greatly improved to 200%.Compared with adjacent wells,field application of 6 wells indicates the cementing quality of the second interface is obviously enhanced,which solves the second interface steam channeling problem of heavy oil wells in Henan oilfield.
