Status of the Oily Water Treatment System in Henan Oilfield and the Improvements

  • 摘要: 探讨河南油田含油污水处理系统的水质问题及注水水质标准要求。通过改进工艺流程,对稠油污水处理,主要是恢复自动控制系统,实现主、付流程自动分流而确保水质;对稀油污水处理,主要是加强自动控制技术的应用,实现自动操作,改善水质。同时进行科技攻关、加强聚合物驱污水处理试验研究,积极推广应用高效污水处理剂。取得了不少成绩,解决了生产中的许多问题,经过20年的建设,目前已基本完善配套。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the water quality of oily watertreatment system in Henan oilfield and the standards ofinjection water quality. As to heavy oil oily watertreatment, improvements on the technological processmainly include restoring automatic control system,realizingautomatic dividing of the main and auxiliary flowsheets,and guaranteeing water quality, as to light oil oily watertreatment, they include strenthening the application ofautomatic control technique, realizing automatic operationand improving water quality. Meanwhile much efforts havebeen put on experimental study of polymer flooding oilywater treatment and on the deployment of concentratedadditives. The oily water treatment system in Henan oilfieldis basically perfect now after 20 years construction.
