高温高压下储层孔隙介质气体吸附等温线测试研究

Testing of Gas Adsorption and Desorption Isotherm in Reservoir Porous Medium under High Temperature and High Pressure

  • 摘要: 结合石油工业中常用的氦孔隙度仪和化工领域应用较为普遍的体积法气体吸附测试仪的优点,提出一种改进的固体介质气体吸附测量装置,其中,温度测控系统能实现室温15~100℃范围内温度的精确控制和测量,绝对不确定度≤±0.1℃;压力测试系统的绝对不确定度≤0.001MPa,能在0~60MPa的压力范围内对体系的压力进行精确测量;体积测试系统用于岩心气体的贮存和吸附,能对吸附死空间体积进行自我校准,并实现对直径为50mm、高度在50~200mm范围内的圆柱状岩心与各类单、多组分气体吸附体系等温吸附数据的精确测量。

     

    Abstract: An improved testing unit of gas adsorption in solid medium is developed based on the advantages of helium porosimeter commonly used in petroleum industry and that of volumetric gas adsorption test meter widely used in petrochemical industry.The temperature testing and control system can accurately measure and control temperatures ranging from15℃to100℃with an absolute error no larger than±0.1℃;and the pressure testing system can accurately measure pressure of the system within a range of0to60MPa with an absolute error no larger than0.001MPa.The volume testing system is used to store and absorb core gas,can self correct the volume of adsorption dead space,and can accurately measure cylindrical core with a diameter of50mm and a height of20to200mm,and isotherm adsorp-tion data of various single or multi components gas adsorp-tion systems.
