Highly -deviated Three- target Directional Well Drilling Technology in Well Zhang 28

  • 摘要: 张28井是河南油田在张店地区首次部署的大斜度定向井,斜深3034m.垂深2491m,水平位移926m,最大井斜角74.9°,对钻井中靶精度要求高,钻井施工难度大.介绍了该井的地质、工程设计以及钻井过程中的井眼轨迹控制、井眼清洁和井下安全技术措施等内容,为该地区同类型井的钻井施工提供借鉴.

     

    Abstract: Well Zhang 28, the first highly-deviated well in Zhangdian area in Henan oilfield, is 3034m deep with a closure of 926m. Deviation angle of the well intervals in each target is 74.9°. Requirements for target-hitting accuracy are high and drilling operation is very complex. This paper introduces its geologic and enginccring designs and the tcchnological measures for well trajectory control,wellbore cleaning and downhole safety. They can be used for reference when drilling similar wells in this area.
