微膨胀纤维增强水泥浆的性能试验研究

  • 摘要: 在固井施工中,为了提高水泥环与地层、套管间的胶结性,实现有效层间的良好封隔,保证油井的正常生产和后续增产措施的顺利实施,延长油井寿命,需要提高注入水泥浆的各项性能。为此,在微膨胀水泥浆体系中加入JFR活化纤维,研制成微膨胀纤维水泥浆。通过对微膨胀纤维水泥浆的稠化时间、流变性、API失水、水泥石抗折与抗压强度、水泥石抗衰减性能进行试验,发现微膨胀纤维水泥浆的稠化时间任意可调,流变性能良好,API失水量小,水泥石的抗折、抗压强度及抗衰减、抗收缩性能高。

     

    Abstract: In cementing operation,in order to improve cementa- tion between cement mantle and formation,casing,realize well isolation between effective interlamination,ensure well production and sequel well stimulation and prolong the length of well life,performances of cement slurry should be improved.Adding JFR activating fiber into mi- crodilatancy cement slurry system,microdilatancy fiber cement slurry is developed.Through testing on thickening time,rheological property,API fluid loss,cement fold and compressive resistance,cement attenuation resistance of microdilatancy fiber cement slurry,it is found that the thickening time of microdilatancy fiber cement slurry can be freely regulated,rheological property is good,API flu- id loss is low and the performances of cement fold-resist- ance,compressive resistance,attenuation resistance and constriction resistance are very good.
