Research and application of cementing quality technology of production well in Dagang oilfield

  • 摘要: 大港油田产能建设正面向深层、老油田开发,深层高温及老油田的压力系统紊乱给固井带来了新的挑战,为此对大港油田产能井固井质量存在的问题进行分析,通过对深层高温井固井以及老区调整井固井质量影响因素的实验研究,提出缩短稠化时间、优选钻井液体系、提高配浆温度是提高调整井固井质量的有效措施,2012年措施实施后固井质量有了明显的改善。

     

    Abstract: In Dagang oilfield,the productivity construction was in deep layers for old oilfield development,and the high temperature in deep layers and pressure system disorder of old oilfield brought new challenges for cementing.Through experimental research of factors influencing on high temperature well cementing in deep layers and cementing quality of adjustment wells in old area,effective measure to improve the cementing quality of adjustment wells were provided,such as shortening thickening time,optimization of drilling fluid system,enhancing slurry mixing temperature.After the implementation in 2012,the cementing quality was improved obviously.
